What some people don’t think about is how complex planning an E-learning project can be. Imagine this scenario: As the head of a training department, you may decide that it will be a great idea to convert some of your lecture based training classes to an online format. Â
You have taken a few online classes, and you are familiar with the concept of changing the focus of training delivery from being instructor focused to learner focused. You have even started coming up with exercises and activities that will engage the trainees in active learning delivered via the Internet. Â

i think the best approach to this matter is to always have a project team, where you’ll get each personnel from each department to contribute into the e-learning development
well of course, the CEO or the big gunner should take the lead of the sterring committee in case of any dispute.
With that, then there should be no reason why anyone should complain that’s not their job.
it’s pretty common thing happening in the corporate world now…
imagine if you are ones from the marketing department coming up with a promotional brochure where you’d need contribution from relevant department..
well…don’t be surprised if any one from those department say ..”ah it’s your marketing job man..”
i rest my case…
just outsource them to those who handle elearning the best…
