use of the Service constitutes your binding acceptance of

made by Elearning-Avenue as permitted above.
Otherwise, if you find that at any time or any part of this
Agreement is no longer acceptable to you, you should immediately
terminate your use of this Service by terminating your account
which is accessible through the account console. Elearning-Avenue
is not obligated to refund any portion of fees paid or to
forgive any fees that remain payable through the elearning
subscriptions or courses, but it may consider requests for
a refund or forgiveness of fees, as applicable, in its sole
and absolute discretion.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
We communicate with our customers electronically or with the
use of e-mails or by posting notices on our site. When you
send an e-mail to us, you are communicating to us and therefore
you consent to receive communications from us electronically.
We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices
on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures
and other communications that we provide to you electronically
satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be
in writing.

GRANT OF LICENSE AND SITE ACCESS
Elearning-Avenue grants you a limited license to access and
make personal use of this site (“the Service”),
with a standard web browsing program not supplied by Elearning-Avenue
(“a Browser”), subject to the Terms. You may not
share your access nor distribute, reproduced, duplicated,
copied, downloaded, sold, resold any Content from the Service
to others in any form without the prior written permission
of Elearning-Avenue. Any unauthorized use or the breach of
this Agreement terminates the license granted by Elearning-Avenue.
REGISTRATION
As part of the registration process, you may specify a password
of your own and fill in certain information about yourself.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration
information and you agree to provide Elearning-Avenue with
any to that information promptly after such changes occur.
As the right of use of the Service is personal to you, hence
you are not permitted to transfer your right to use the Service
to any other person. You are not permitted to share your share
your password with others, and allow them to use the Service
through your account. You are to be held responsible for the
usage of your account, under any password by any person whether
or not authorized by you, and to ensure that all use of your

DAMAGE OR LOSS GUARANTEE
You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold Elearning-Avenue,
and all of its directors, employees, owners, information providers,
affiliates and licensors (collectively, the " Representatives")
harmless from and against any and all liability, losses, costs
and expenses (including attorneys' fees) incurred by Elearning-Avenue
or any Representative in connection with any claim arising
out of any use or alleged use of your account or password
by any person, whether or not authorized by you. Elearning-Avenue
reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive
defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification
by you, and in such case, you agree to cooperate with Elearning-Avenue's
defense of such claim.
TERMINATION OF SERVICE
In its sole discretion, Elearning-Avenue reserves the right,
to restrict, suspend or terminate your access to all or any
part of the Service at any time for any reason without prior
notice or liability and without any obligation to refund any
portion of fees paid.
Elearning-Avenue may change, suspend or discontinue all or
any aspect of the Service at any time, including the availability
of any Service feature, database, or content, without prior
notice or liability.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
THIS SITE IS PROVIDED BY ELEARNING-AVENUE ON AN "AS IS"
AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. ELEARNING-AVENUE MAKES
NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
AS TO THE OPERATION OF THIS SITE, OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT
OR MATERIALS INCLUDED ON THIS SITE. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT
YOUR USE OF THIS SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ELEARNING-AVENUE
