E-Learning Stakeholders

Who are the stakeholders when it comes to incorporating E-learning into your corporate training program.  Think about what the term stakeholder means.  A stakeholder is anyone who affects, or has the potential to be affected by, an action. 

Who in your organization has the possibility of affecting or being affected by the implementation of an E-Learning platform within your organization? 

The Training Department:  When a company begins to migrate from strictly live providing strictly live training to including or changing to an E-Learning platform, the day-to-day job functions of the training department staff will change. 

The Learners:  Employees who are accustomed to attending company-sponsored classes and seminars will have to get used to a computer-mediated training platform.

    i think you’ve missed one…the FC - financial controller..

    they are more obsessed with the ROI than the training themselves :)
