| "I feel that online courses are the best thing that Elearning-Avenue ever did. They allow me to work on my education by arranging my schooling around my life, as opposed to the other way around. My schedule is very busy, and my availability is not the same week to week. Taking classes online allows me the flexibility to fit my education into the time slots that I have available." |

Badre,
A.N. (2002). Shaping web usability : Interaction
design in context. Boston
: Pearson Education. ISBN
: 0-201-72993-8, US price
: $39.99, 304 pages.
This book of Badre is a nice combination of theory
and practical information. You will learn how people
are processing information but also e.g. how to
use links in a correct way. Also subjects like targetgroups
are included (what is the difference between an
old and a young audience?). New areas like web usability
for handhelds and cell phones are integrated in
his vision. Interesting for content designers who
don't only want to know HOW they can do things but
also want to know WHY they should do it that way.

Romiszowski,
A.J. (1984). Designing Instructional Systems :
Decision Making in Course Planning and Curriculum
Design. London
: Kogan Page. ISBN
: 0850387876, UK price
: £27.50, 415 pages.
This book deals with the major areas of decision
making that face the instructional designer at the
beginning of a project: establishing the needs and
developing the objectives of a curriculum, and producing
detailed plans for the structure, methods and evaluation
system to be employed. It is primarily a theoretical
book and although every instructional designer should
have it because it is a standard, it is less interesting
for a web developer or trainer.
